3-2-1 Strategy

This strategy provides a structure to record one's comprehension and summarize learning. It also provides insight to the reader's area of interest. The strategy in its original form includes 3 things you discovered, 2 things you found interesting, and 1 question you have about the reading. For the purposes of engaging in Part 5, you will use an adapted form of the 3-2-1:

  • 3 quotes that resonated with you and the implication for each on your leadership in your district/school
  • 2 questions the reading raised for you
  • 1 thing that surprised you
