Session Topics

The 4 Disciplines of Execution
The 4 Disciplines of Execution System has been tested and refined by thousands of organizations and hundreds of thousands of teams. When an organization implements the 4DX System at both the leader of leader and leader of frontline team levels, they achieve superb breakthrough results. The day job (what we call the whirlwind), dominates the energy you need to execute on new strategic objectives. The 4 Disciplines of Execution System© allows leaders to do the hardest job—execute a critical breakthrough result that requires a change in human behavior in the face of a competing whirlwind.

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: 5.0
Renowned as the world's premier personal leadership development solution, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People aligns timeless principles of effectiveness with modern technology and practices. The content helps learners sustain lasting success by effectively leading themselves, influencing, engaging and collaborating with others, and continually improving and renewing their capabilities.

Multipliers: How the Best Leaders Ignite Everyone's Intelligence
In her research, leadership expert Liz Wiseman made a crucial discovery: There’s far more intelligence and energy inside organizations than we realize. Leaders are key to unlocking these capabilities. FranklinCovey has partnered with Liz Wiseman to develop a new solution that enables leaders to become Multipliers who access and use the untapped capabilities of their teams, rekindle energy and enthusiasm as teams achieve stronger results, innovate by encouraging new and bold thinking, and break through to new levels of performance by amplifying people's intelligence. Multipliers deliver strong results as people grow and teams excel.

The Speed of Trust
When trust is low, people become suspicious, guard communication, speculate, and disengage. As a result, productivity grinds to a crawl, and costs increase. We call these trust taxes. When trust is high, people become confident, and communication, creativity, and engagement improve. As a result, productivity speeds up, and costs decrease. We call these trust dividends. FranklinCovey's Leading at the Speed of Trust® helps you strengthen your trust signals to convert trust taxes into trust dividends and propel your team further, faster.

The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership (This session covers both days)
Even in the most turbulent times, there are four roles leaders play that are highly predictive of success. We call them essential, because as leaders consciously lead themselves and their teams in alignment with these roles, they lay the foundation for effective leadership. The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership guides learners through each: Inspire Trust, Create Vision, Execute Strategy, and Coach Potential.
