How to Sign Up
Complete this online registration to reserve your Exhibit Booth space. Please note that any booth registrations received AFTER June 14 will not appear in the conference booklet due to the printer's deadline. Vendor listings WILL appear in the Whova conference app and on the SAI website.
In addition to an exhibit space, there are several opportunities to spotlight your company and build relationships year-round through SAI's Corporate Partner program. Please see the Corporate Partner link for more information.

Booth Furnishings
Complete information regarding additional booth furnishings, utilities, shipping and freight handling will be emailed in June by Freeman, the convention decorator. Questions regarding this information may be directed to Freeman Exhibitor Support at (888) 508-5054. You are also welcome to bring your own furnishings.
Assignment of Space

- A completed agreement and payment must be received in advance for booth assignment consideration

- Wednesday, July 3, 2024 - Deadline for exhibit booth refunds
- Tuesday, August 6, 2024 - Exhibit set-up from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Wednesday, August 7, 2024 - Exhibits open 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
